Great Vibration Plate!

For several years, I've owned an older version of this and I loved it. Nothing wrong with the old one, but I wanted to upgrade to this newer model with more features. So far, I love this one too!

Find the vibrational plate very relaxing when lying with just my legs resting on it. I have swollen feet and lower legs.

We have had for 2 weeks. Things we have experienced on the machine is ichying. Which I know means circulation. Also, a little sore when we do squats etc on it, which is what we want! Want to work these muscles. Also, makes us have to go pee. Great thing because they tells us its moving things!
