I love my new Rumblex Plus 4D. I tend to stay on it for about 30 minutes a day while doing exercises with hand weights. I feel like I get a good workout.

Well made Vibration plate

I saw a vibration plate advertised on Facebook. My mother had already purchased one from a different manufacturer. I tried hers and liked it. I did a google search on some of the best vibration plates and Lifepro came up in my search. I did some YouTube searching on this brand and everyone seems to like it. One reason I like this one is because it oscillates, pulsates and moves laterally or side to side. It can also do a combination of the 3. The remote control watch is a plus as well. So I decided to purchase while it was on sale. Product seems to be well made and sturdy. I will have to say it heavy. Seems easy to use. I’ve only used it once and that was just standing on, and after 10 minutes I felt as if I did a low impact workout. I was sweating as well. Quite interesting machine. I like it. I will continue to use this in hopes of it helping to get me back in shape. I do wish the power cord was a little longer.
