Don't pay for returns, make you do it. Which is cost prohibitive

Dimension Alert!

I purchased 16x25x4 filters for my furnace. I didnt realize the actual dimensions are the more important detail to notice, and the new filters are significantly narrower in actual size. I will exchange the unused filters for the larger dimension. An expensive lesson.

Your filter numbers do not match the mfg. filter numbers. I should not have to go into the filter to measure.

I am happy with this
on July 6, 2024

I am happy with this company and purchase the filters as needed for the year. They are accurate with the orders and ship them in a reasonable time frame so I do not run out. I am unable to tell how well they work but my system seems to be happy so far and this is the third year I believe that I am ordering them from this company. No complaints and every reason to be satisfied.
