This company is new to me have used the same MERV rated in the past by another manufacturer. Proof will be when I replace the filter on a filter change

I always get first class service from Filter Buy. My most recent purchase I ordered Monday afternoon and was shocked to find them on my porch the next day. The filter quality is top shelf. I highly recommend them.

The filters are fine. . . good quality. I'm disappointed in the company not allowing me to return the wrong size that was originally sent. They replaced them for free but now tell me to just give them away or landfill them. I'm at a loss because they are a unique size no one seems to want and I don't feel comfortable just disposing them. It's left me with a dilemma.

So far they seem to be performing well! However the pleats should be evenly spaced and the ones that I received are uneven and tight together creating areas with less air flow!
