I have not had opportunity to use my first filter but it is assuring to me as a widow to have these on hand for home function and maintenance. This is especially true during the harsh winter months.

Uneven spacing on pleated filters

Company definitely has quality check issues. Ordered 6 pk of 4 wide pleated filters. Pleats are so much closer on ends of filter and middle section is very wide, making filters least efficient for air to pass. I had same issues on my earlier purchase couple years ago. This is my 2nd time buying filters thought 1st was just fluke. I guess no more buying. See the pictures attached.

Odd sized filter that was immediately available.

This filter was an odd size and I was having trouble finding it locally. It fit correctly. The quality was acceptable. I was expecting a faster ship time, but it wasn't advertised that way, so maybe I just had an unrealistic expectation. From order to my door was 9 or 10 days.

Restrictioned airflow

Put the new air filter in and immediately had problems. My house wouldnt heat up. Called a repair company and he went through multiple tests. It turned out it was the air filter. He said maybe it was not a merv 8. Total waste of money on this filter!
