I ordered these filters because the price was good but when I got them I was disappointed in the quality. The pleats are uniform. I hope it still does the job because I ordered three of them. Wish I could post a picture to show you what they looked like so you could make an informed decision.

You Cheated me. I paid for 4" filter, and you sent me 3-1/8". The #M filter I sed to have said 4" and it was 4". I will not buy any more filters from you and I will tell my friends about this experience.

Wish it was a little wider

It works well but I would like it to be 1/2 wider. Its not 4 its 3 5/8 as advertised. Furnace was just inspected and filter is in working order.
