Filter had weird size

I ordered the 20x20x4 filter merv11, but the width is only 3.5 inches wide and is too small. Disappointed

When I couldn't find the exact size filter I needed at either big box store, I decided to give Filterbuy a shot. I wasn't completely sure creating a specific size would work but it does! However, I will adjust the size just a bit for the next filter I need because I think it was just maybe a 1/4" too long for the box door to close.

The 4 isnt 4, but 3 1/2 thus leaving a 1/2 gap allowingUnfiltered air to go into the house.

Filters were shipped very quickly, packed on a sturdy box. Entire transaction was quick and easy, the price was very competitive, and the new filters are performing very well.I will use this company again when it's replacement time.

I bought the filters thinking that they were the -line design, with the raised rim around the edges. I have emailed your company already about this, but have not heard back from you. Communication could certainly help with this situation.
