Good service from the first phone call thru the billing and returns process. Its refreshing to do business with a company that actually has their act together.

The size of the filter

The size of the filter screen is relatively small and the gap is very large.

good filter but is it a HEPA?
on July 7, 2023
Posted by: Robin H.
I went looking for a HEPA rated filter and saw listings for Filterbuy. Having used your filter products previously, I thought I'd found the perfect answer. But upon receiving the filter, it didn't show a HEPA rating. Now, I'm not sure that size of HEPA filter is available with your company. Other than that, all other factors, Filterbuy is an excellent company.

Easy to use

My filter case is for Aprilaire. Anyone with that type knows that the pleated media with plastic end caps is slightly messy and troublesome to install and remove. Instead, the prefabricated filter media is easier to install and remove.

The only issue i have
on July 1, 2023

The only issue i have is when i was buying the filtrete filters it was a perfect fit. When i use the filterbuy filters its about a half inch too small. So i have to make filler strips to keep my furnace from sucking in dirt.
