The size is smaller than wed expected. Also, the quality doesnt seem to be as good as what we normally buy.

Damaged on arrival, dented in the corners. Didn't fit, too narrow even tho I made sure to get the correct dimensions.

Good price and great service. I like the auto ship feature that reminds me it's time to change my home filter when my new filter arrives automatically!

The size is not the rated size, but slightly smaller in all dimensions. So air can bypass the filter. Im very disappointed in the product. Hardly a bargain. I have 4. Am using the ne temporarily until I can get a genuine, accurately sized filter.
