Disappointed

I am a returning buyer and I get the same size every time. This time the filter was a little bit longer where I can barely get the door close and the sides are very tight. I dont know what happened. Yes I know I have to order a special size because this is a new furnace. I was very disappointed. I havent had to use them yet, as I have an extra one.

Filter not made correctly

The 24x30x4 was not made to fit standard a/c grill (1). All 4 filters I have used in the past from other companies had a 1 filter frame to fit standard industry residential a/c grills. Very disappointed they did not know this. I dont know any homes that accommodate a 4 grill size.

Too Small

Nice filter, but my furnace calls for a 16x25x4 . Your 16 filter is actually 15 3/8; over 1/2 shorter! Furnace fan pulls your filter out of the guard rails! I can live with the width at almost 1/2 off, but not height! Honeywell filter is 15 15/16 in height and over 4 in width!
