Great filter, but....

As a retired Building Engineer I know my filters. This is truly a professional grade filter. The reason for only four stars is that it is a bit smaller the the original filter it was replacing. It will work, but its flopping in its mounting when the fan engages.

2nd of two filters, identical except for size, of same high quality and efficiency of effective air quality improvement. Very noticeable. Many thanks for assistance fulfilling my needs.

to be honest with you, the filters did not fit properly, but I think it was my mistake. I simply noted the measurements that were on the existing filters, but the new ones I got from you are narrower. I was told I should get the 20X24X 5.
