good filter but is it a HEPA?

I went looking for a HEPA rated filter and saw listings for Filterbuy. Having used your filter products previously, I thought I'd found the perfect answer. But upon receiving the filter, it didn't show a HEPA rating. Now, I'm not sure that size of HEPA filter is available with your company. Other than that, all other factors, Filterbuy is an excellent company.

My filter case is for Aprilaire. Anyone with that type knows that the pleated media with plastic end caps is slightly messy and troublesome to install and remove. Instead, the prefabricated filter media is easier to install and remove.
