I've cancelled my order twice and they keep sending filters. I've returned them and they still haven't put a credit back on my card. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!

Too Small - Poor quality

I bought these filters according to size 20x25x4, but they are way smaller and we had to rig them to fit our furnace. The convoluted filters are no where near the quality of name brand. Very disappointed.

filters are a little small

The price is great, the delivery time was great, but the filter could be 1/2" wider, then it would fit in the space without having to balance it quite so delicately within the little holders that I have.

The filters we received were thinner, not as thick. Other than that it was a great buy. We probably will continue to purchase once our stock runs put. Thank you!

Simple, Perfect Execution

Delivered quickly. The one thing I would improve (and wish to ask about) is for the company to include labeling to indicate the higher quality filters I selected. The individual filters (and the box they came in) look like normal basic filters...There is no indication that they are the higher quality, significantly more expensive ones (are they?). Would love to hear back.
