Disappointing

The pleats are unevenly spaced, and the outside dimension is smaller allowing unfiltered air to pass around the filter.

bad filters

The first batch of 3 filters were very slanted and unusable. You sent me a second batch which is almost as bad. Is there any quality control? Also the media which traps the dist is much thinner than the one i was replacing.

I've been using these filters for a little over one year. They work very well, and my HVAC guy approves.

Been using these for seven years and Filterbuy is the only place that always has the size I need in stock. I've had nothing but excellent results from their products.
