This is my 2nd Revolver camera. My first was version 1 and I had the same issues as everyone else with the lens fogging up. I kept up with the reviews on version 2 and could see it had the same issues. I can confirm that the issue was resolved on version 3. I have had the camera for a couple months now and no fogging up of the lens. I am in Louisiana and we get a lot of rain. Another thing I like about version 3 is the range the camera detects motion. I am catching deer 75 to 100 yards away.

I have had mine out for about a month and so far I have loved the AI feature on this camera, it has pretty much eliminated blank pictures or false triggers by moving vegetation or anything else that had been a big problem with the original Revolver Pro. The rack alert works pretty good it doesn’t always work at night or if the buck is not real close but this is not a big deal to me. Mine is placed where it gets good sun so I have paired it with a solar power pack so I don’t have to worry about batteries either.

I have had every version of the Revolver series, the Revolver, Revolver Pro, Pro Gen 2.0, and now Pro Gen 3.0. I saw some slight improvement from the Pro to the Pro 2.0. So far, although I only have summer temps so, with that said, I do see some more improvement. I'm really looking forward to how it goes with some below freezing temps. More to come! The thing that is really shocking is you ask for the favor of a review and then make all the fields mandatory!

Bought it about a month ago and haven't had a chance to put it in the field, as of yet. But the test I ran when it arrived was pretty impressive. I'm looking forward to field testing it, very soon.

Change the test photos features

I put one out for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I have the basic plan. The biggest complaint so far is the test photo. It has to take one daily and there is no way to turn it off. When it takes the picture it is a 360 picture and it uses up 6 pictures. So over the course of a month the test photo alone will use up almost a 1/3 of the pictures allowed in the basic plan. Either they should not count as 6 pictures or should be able to disable it like you can with Moultrie cell cameras
