Light and Durable, needs illumination

Have had one of these on a Marlin Guide Gun for 8yrs and has been used for deer hunting with good results. Using QD mounts its small size allows storage in pack or fanny pack when in thick woods and iron sights a better option. Starting to get into bear hunting so I need an illuminated version of this because putting black crosshair on black bear might not work so well with my mature eyes.

F…ing awesome! I’ve had this scope for years. It always amazes me when I take my rifle to the range. So clear, no loss of zero. I love it so much I’m considering putting it on an ar10 build.

Just an excellent simple scout scope

Have 2 of these. One on a Ruger GSR and another on a savage 10FCM scout rifle. Great clear glass excellent adjustment and dead on when dialed in properly. Thanks to Burris for being the last great fixed power compact true scout rifle scope!

Extremely lightweight, simple fixed power scope. Forward mounted on M1A SOCOM. Works great without adding much weight.

Great for a M1 carbine

i had to have a optic for my M1 carbine. with a rail mount this little optic worked just find for my old eyes that can no longer see the front sight clearly.

Exactly what I wanted. Clear glass and light weight.The only problem is the adjustments are backwards. Left is right and up is down.

Perfect for 336 Dark W/XS Lever Rail!

I purchased this Burris scout 2.75X20mm for my Marlin 336 Dark after having problems with the Vortex Crossfire II 2-7x32 scout scope.
The Vortex would not work with low rings and then with the medium rings it did not have enough adjustment in the elevation to zero.
The Burris 2.75x20mm combined with the Burris Xtreme Tactical™ Rings - 1" ,low were a perfect fit right out of the box. The glass is clear and I had no problem zeroing the scope. The magnification is perfect for the scout application on my Marlin 336 chambered in 30-30!
I am very happy I ditched the Vortex scope and got this Burris. It is a refreshing improvement in workmanship, fit, and usability.
I would recommend this to a friend!
