Don’t waste your money.

Seemed like an ok product till I actually took it out to the range. The “quick adjust knobs have a rubber ring that isn’t adhered to the knob itself which makes it hard to get tight. And after about 30 minutes the whole ball head assembly fell apart.there are three small screws holding the ball assembly to the slide pole. They are apparently too short and completely striped the first two threads that were all that was holding it together.
I should’ve seen this coming since it’s a couple hundred cheaper than other ball head mounted tripods.
I just hope the crossbow I purchased holds up better than this junk.

Not safe Mo

No question this helps with stability and accuracy. Unfortunately, I’ve only used mine twice and both times when extending the legs it pinched my fingers and caused bleeding. I will recommend using a different type of device 10 point remedies this.

Doesn't hold crossbow securely

This tripod would be great if it held my TenPoint crossbow securely. You can only tighten the vice grip so much, which isn't enough. The spring that helps open the vice grip when making it wider prevents it from tightening at a certain point. I think they only tested this with their latest TRX 515 series. It doesn't fit my Nitro 505 well at all. Way too expensive for it not to be perfect and have a major flaw like this.

Thanks for the review. I’m sorry that you are not happy with the Axis tripod. We have gotten great reviews from consumers and dealers alike, using it on a wide variety of TenPoint bows.
I have used the Axis on a bow that shared the same stock as the 505 with no issues. It should work fine on your 505. We tested it on virtually all of our current models and it works great.

This product is a good product. It holds the crossbow very secure takes up very little legroom. The only drawback is they need to get a foam or rubber cushion to put in the cradle where the crossbow goes to help hold it from tipping sideways.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome Tripod, only complaint is should have some better instructions on set-up and price is a little steep, therefore the 4 star review. Other wise, very good quality and like that it works for rifles as well as crossbows.

Amazing product

I just got the tripod in today and I love it. I have a torn completely torn rotator cuff and my bicep is completely torn so I can't hold my crossbow. This going to work great for me. It's so light and easy to use, the levels are a great idea. The clamp works great it'll hold my crossbow for me. Over all I highly recommend it.
