I'm very pleased with the replacement filters for my HVAC system. I ordered the same ones last time and they do not disappoint. Also, they arrive MUCH sooner than expected. I saved more by ordering in bulk.

20x20x4 filter is only 3. 5 inches

These filters are a full half inch less deep than advertised, and almost an inch less than the 3M filters I have been using. Pretty disappointing.

Love the option to set up recurring orders (and modify as needed). Would prefer a lighter color (easier to see when they are getting grungy) but overall great product.

Not too many pleats

This filter that I purchased to use in my Carrier Infinity HVAC system does not have many pleats, maybe 10-12. The original Carrier OEM filter has about 100 pleats which I assume would catch more dust and debris. The price of the Filterbuy unit is about 1/3 the cost so I'll see how well it performs before I make a decision to buying one again.
