They are not 4 inches

They are approximately 3 3/4 inches and there is a small gap when placed in unit.

Filters are not sized same

Filters are not sized same as 3M and Honeywell and do not fit our HVAC unit as these do; and you have ignored my online written request for return and refund of the case of 4 filters.

They are just a little smaller than the ones I usually buy. Sometimes they don't stay on the supports inside the furnace making them a little crooked.
