Size of the filter is not correct

I would like to return the filters. I am disappointed with the size my filter. Housing is 4 inch but the filter you sent me a 3 1/2 inch I cannot use it on your website. It says 4 inch. This is not a 2 x 4 its a filter it has to seal it up if any open area not only the vet. The height is short as well.

Improper fitment

Filters are 1/2 inch too narrow. They barely grip the lip to keep them in place

I expected better quality

For something fabricated in the USA I expected better quality. Filter dimensions are well undersized compared to other brands with very poor pleating
