On every filter the pleats were crooked, on an angle and so close together the pleats were touching. I had to return all 6 filters. Fool me once shame on you.

Not the size I ordered

I was not happy to find that the 16x20x4 MERV11 filters were actually smaller than that. As a result, they don't stay in place in the furnace. I was glad to find a place that offered filters made in the USA, but I expected them to fit!

Cheap and undersized

Anytime I find myself saying: "why are these so much cheaper"? I should just move on. These filters are cheap for a reason! It's the same size according to what's printed on the filter (including the "actual size") but so much smaller than the name brand filter that I replaced that I'll be surprised if it doesn't get sucked into the unit. I had signed up for recurring membership but will be cancelling that!

Custom size was perfect fit

The filter was made to size and fit like a glove. The filter needs to make a good seal (no gaps along the edges) or else the particles won't get filtered. FilterBuy has good custom filters at a reasonable price.

Work in my 16x16 ceiling return

I bought this filter for my 16x16 return that usually takes a 16x16x1 filter. It fits really nicely within the holder being slightly wedged in so it doesnt move when the air turns on. The return area is plenty deep to fit this filter. I will buy this filter again.
