No issues with the product I just had a brand new central AC and the look a lot better than the ones I was left by the installer. I like how they are made in USA just feels like a premium product in my home.

16 " which was supposed to be 15 3/8 was actually 15 1/2 so I had to cut the top off. Took about 20 minutes (good quality materials)

We werent sure about changing to generic filters with a new set of AC units but we found they fit well and are doing good job at a good price
