I purchased this filter to get away from the accordion style and it fit really nice. There is a screw in the housing of my ac unit that made me squish the filter at the start to get in, but once in it covers good and is a heck of a lot easier to change. Unsure about filter quality yet having just started to use. We will see in a couple months how much it traps.

Actual size different than what I ordered

I ordered 14*22*1 and the actual size was much bigger than what I ordered. If I new the actual size was different then I wouldnt have ordered it. Will be returning for refund.

This company goes way out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. Their was a mistake on the first shipment and I contacted them and it was corrected within minutes. Very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Poor quality inspection or just plain wrong size design.

Filter was slightly smaller than the 20X20 filter it replaced and would not stay in the side brackets. When I placed it on top of the old 20X20 it was about 1/4 inch shorter.
