The filters are as expected, good quality and even better price. Compare Filterbuy to the big home improvement stores and Wallyworld and nobody will buy filters from those places again.

If something is wrong, i'll tell you. SURVEYS are a waste of time and money....that could be used to lower the price of your product.

This does not have the boards on the side to slide into our furnace. It is the correct size and merv but does not fit. How do I return it?

I ordered 16x25x4 and they are not 4 inches! Stuck paying for 4 filters. I would not recommend and will not order again.
