Great filters! They work well and we love the automatic delivery. We have several dogs in our house and no other filter has worked this good.

I have used your filters for years. I started when I purchased a new Air conditioner for my house. In the last few times I've used them they now make a loud vibration sound. I went from merv 13 to 11 now I'm thinking I should go down to 8. I don't want to I like that they take so much out of the air. Did you change something :thinking:.

Unfortunately, the filter dimensions were not 16x20x4. It was about half inch shorter on two of the measurements. The add did say it was going to be smaller, but I thought that was normal like with 2x4 lumber. However if fit loose in the chamber and did not fit snug like the Honeywell filter I had before. I shelled out my Honeywell filter frame and inserted the Filterbuy filter in it then put in my unit for a snug fit. I will have to go back to Honeywell next time. Also, the box was smashed from FedEx but the filters were ok.

The pleats in these filters

The pleats in these filters are not uniform. They arent spaced evenly. I suppose the filter will work properly regardless of that but I think they should be better designed to keep the pleats evenly spaced and able to filter the air better. Thank you
