Filters do not fit in my OEM Filter cabinet

Filters are undersized by a significant amount (> half inch in 2 out of 3 dimentions). Tried to return them; company ghosted me. Never again, FIlterBuy.

I make hundreds of purchases

I make hundreds of purchases online. I purchased 4 of these filters and 12 were sent. I attempted to delete 8 of them and thought Filterbuy deleted them. Now I have a 10 year supply at great expense, that takes up a great deal of peace in my basement.

Advertised as a 16x25x4 filter. A good half inch narrower than 4. Useless in my system
