I had to call to see why the sizing didnt match what I ordered even though the numbers matched. I live in Oregon an the smoke needs to be filter so I can breathe better. The person was very nice an is sending more filters an said I wont be charged an to donate the others charitable place.

Cheep appearance

Narrower in width than other brands I have used as well as lighter in construction. After installing both the 20x25x4 and the 16x25x4 in my home HVAC systems, both filers were very loose in place and I am concerned that air will bypass the filters. Compared to the Filtrete that I removed, the differences in size and construction is very obvious. I purchased 4 of each so I am stuck with them for a year.

The filters dont look particularly well made.Very uneven spacing of the sections. I will use the ones I bought but not likely to buy these again.

Make your filter the right size and stop listing it as 20x20

Listed as 20x20x4 measured 19 3/8 x 19 3/8 with such a huge gap around the filter air flows around and not through the mesh

My biggest complaint initially, is that the filter isnt actually 20 x 20 x 4. It is 19 3/8 x 19 3/8 x 3 5/8. It does not fit well in the space. I have yet to see how it performs.
