Immediate shipment of the robust, high quality product was especially helpful during the recent wildfire fiasco and the resulting wide ranged air pollution. Repeat customer uses 3 per change and the convenient box of six allows 2 changes and somewhere to put the used ones.

They are not the correct size. We ordered the same size that is in our unit now.

Check Actual Size Before Ordering

I ordered 2 16"x20"x4" filters for my furnace. When I received them, I tried replacing my filter but the new ones were too small. I compared the filter to the old one and found that it is smaller and is identified as such. The old filter had an actual width of 15-15/16" as labeled on the side of the filter. The one from Filterbuy was 15-3/8" wide and was also labeled as such. Both are considered 16x20x4 filters. But one is works and the other (the Filterbuy) doesn't.The lesson learned is that not all 16x20x4 filters are the same despite having the same nominal dimensions. Check the ACTUAL dimensions, which are also given, to make sure the specific filter will work.
