wrong filter in my mind

I might rate this filter higher but I have not had time to see what it looks likein the weeks to come. The reason for the lower rating is I thought I was gettinga Trane or some other brand name filter. Your filter has no markings so how do I know what I ordered is what I got. I feel very strongly that I was being taken advantage of. At this time I will never buy from this company again.

Not the right fit but...

Not the right fit but when I called #FilterBuy they let me reorder the correct size, & immediately credited me, though it was MY fault (not theirs). They also said I could donate the wrong size to charity, but I am sending them back. I Highly RECOMMEND #FilterBuy to all my family/friends/co-workers, & am happy to hear most of my co-workers already order from them! #Yay :D

Size not true!

The filter gives a measurement on it. The measurement is NOT true. We measured and the filter is not the size stated. thus there is a gap between the filter and the furnace.

Fit better and was much less expensive than the 3M brand I've been buying. I don't know about the performance but I'm pleases with the price and speed of delivery.

Quality like the Big Box Brands

Quality looks and feels great. My husband noticed the difference in the airflow immediately. Took a little time to ship to us but they're here and installed and we are happy with the quality and the auto-ship option we chose for this important quality of life and health product for our family. (We realized we were using the high end filter that was making our A/C work harder after doing some YouTube and article research!)

Got 6 filters with a higher MERV rating than what we would pay for 2 filters at a lesser MERV rating from our A/C service company. Got to love that deal.

Damaged

My filter came damaged, not the packaging but the actual filter cardboard inside meaning it was damaged when packed. Anyone that know high performance filters knows even a small crease in a 4in filter can negate the seal and allow particulates to get past the filter media. I would not buy from here again.
