Filter is 1/2" smaller than was is displayed on product.

The product description is 16x25x4, even in what was sent here, yet the actual size is less, hence the filter does not fit tightly in my furnace. So I had to shove a 1/2" piece of wood next to the filter to get it to fit properly. Why produce a smaller filter than what is advertised- save money I guess- cheap trick. The filter itself is also much lighter than my previous Filtrete, so again cheaper lower quality product.

My only problem is that The filters are about 3/8 of an inch narrower and a half inch less in height then what was original. It will work but Has to be put in carefully. I did get the order about four days before they said I would, which was nice, because after all the smoke in the west I really needed to change the filter soon. It seems to work well.

Buyer Beware. Cheap filters.

I wanted a filter that would fit where the Honeywell 16x4x20 fit before. This filter was barley 4 deep. Pleats not evenly spaced and many not glued on the edges. No way would a leaky thing like this pass a MER 13 test. Would not recommend to anyone.

The quality of the filter

The quality of the filter media is there but the fit didn't work well with a Honeywell hvac filter housing. This runs smaller (19-3/8x19-3/8) and doesn't have a nice snug fit like my old Honeywell filters which run larger at 19-15/16. I do love that they are made in USA at a good price.

Installation was easy. They seem like they are good quality. Love that you can customize the delivery amount and timing of the subscriptions. And you can't beat the price. Happy customer.
