filters were smashed but shipping box was not

received and filters were crushed on one side but box had no creases or damage so must have happened before shipping. being a first time customer although they are cheaper i will question whether to buy again

the filters were well packed and not damaged . i have filters coming to my house on a 3month schedule which is easy for me t remember to change i would recommend filter buy to any one
