Partially crushed filters.

Two of the four filters were in partially crushed condition. I would like to add a pic, but didnt see any place to do it.

Well, since I just put the last filter in the box in the furnace, I haven't opened the new box yet, but I am sure they will be great! I've been ordering filters from you for several years and my orders have always been excellent. Ordering by the box is so much more convenient than trying to remember to pick one up at the local box store. I am almost 80 and the way the furnace and pipes were installed, it is quite difficult to get the filter in and out of the slot. I have 'invented' a simple way to do it. Using about 6 inches of masking tape, I fold it in half, letting it stick itself together for about 1 inch, then the other 2 inches on each side are taped on the center of the edge of the filter. It makes a little handle and changing the filter goes so quickly now! Looks like this __|__ . Works perfectly! : )
