I was disappointed. They were kind of tacky, and the measurements were a bit off. It did not slide easily into the unit as the Honeywell variety does. No indication which side out, etc. Not a big savings either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ordering process was simple and the product was delivered (free) in a timely fashion. We have a non-standard size filter and were happy to find it available on this site at an affordable price. The reminder feature is also something that is a good feature. Would definitely recommend this site to friends and family.

They are advertised as 20x26x4, there is a note about the size being slightly smaller. I didn't realize the size would make such a difference. The filter doesn't fit tight at all. It is laying in the filter box where air can bypass the filter. I will return the others soon.
