I could not find this size filter locally and FilterBuy not only had the filter I needed, I was surprised when I opened the package. I expected to get a thin/flimsy filter but it was very sturdy and high quality.

Apparently Honeywell doesn't make 16x10x4 anymore, which is what I ordered. The 16x20x5 are the same dimensions as the 4 inch ones, so I presume they will work just as well.

Our A/C is running more efficiently with FilterBuy filters than washable filter that came with A/C system. No matter how well we washed filter, never got rid of all mold spores which was a concern. No more musty smell...yeah! If you are told your filter size unavailable in stores, give FilterBuy a call, youll be glad you did!
