Hard to find - great price

When my AC unit needed a new filter, the large hardware stores had only 1 filter that size - which the HVAC tech did not recommend because it was so dense it would create extra strain on the AC unit. I found the correct size filter in several densities, including the one my tech recommended. The filter was easy to find on the website, check out was simple, and the filter was delivered safely and promptly. I will purchase from you again.

some of the filters came stained and dirty on the frame. looks like someone's return. came unsealed and not acceptable. I called to complain and no answer. left a message and no call back. not a good experience

I haven't tried the filters yet. They did arrive as promised. I always find the sizes confusing. It may help to understand what sizes will fit what I need. Does one eighth or one quarter difference in the size matter to the functioning of the filter?
