What was advertised as 24"

What was advertised as 24" length is actually 23 1/4" so I have to shim the filter for it to not rattle when the air turns on. I have air intake on the ceiling.

Good quality. Very convenient having them delivered to my door. Not a fan of having to "subscribe", too get better prices. My HVAC only runs a couple months a year so this doesn't work for me.

It's much too thick for FL weather, but will use in the winter. I was hoping it was much lighter like the one I bought from my HVAC company for energy efficiency.

The filter was not completely 4 in, so I have a gap in my filter still. Not sure why you don't make them a full four inches. . .
