Filters dont fit snuggly

The filters are off size a little so they dont fit snuggly. They fall and lay on the grate and get sucked back up when air comes on. I have 9 left. I request a replacement order. I can send the others back at your expense for your review. I am afraid to reorder again. Dont want the same problem twice

Website states size is 13-3/8" x 23-3/8" x 3/4", (0. 375). The actual size is 13. 188 x 24. 188. Big box hardware store actual size is 13. 75 x 23. 75. Filter is sucked into the return.

Great Filter-Reliable Replacement Program

Perfect fit for hard to find size (20x23). Seems to perform as claimed by seller, as filter is completely covered with dirt and dust when it is changed at the recommended time intervals.I set filter change reminders on my IPhone to help me remember when to replace dirty filters. I signed up for auto ship so I wont run out of filters and to receive a better lower price.
