disappointed in the quality

After reading the reviews I was excited to get these filters and save a little money. When compared side-by-side to the name brand Aprilaire 2200 filters i removed these filters where of noticeably less quality. The paper quality was much thinner and there were half as many folds. Because I have a small child, allergies and pets I will go back to the name brand filter because it is noticeably a better constructedfilter. 3 stars because it saved me a little $ but not enough to sacrifice quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was apprehensive to purchase at first, as they were replacing the accordion/combs style filters. The are a perfect fit, competitively priced, and now that I am on 6-month schedule..... worry free.
