The filter is good the ordering process is not. The website states one size, but the filter is actually another completely different size

I bought 4 of the filters, as I have a lack of storage for more. 1 of the filters was smashed in the box. I straightened the best I could. I did put this one in the furnace. I will buy again. Thank you

Unusual size

Our electronic filter unit failed, so mechanical filters were needed for the first time in decades. I guess standards changed because we could not find the correct size anywhere. So glad to have discovered Filterbuy.

Manufacturing produces poor quality filter

Recent change in filter manufacturing process has produced a filter with very poor quality. The edges of the filters are not completely sealed and some of the internal filter webbing is disconnected from the filter sides. The filter position has also been changed from vertical to horizontal which I don't believe is as effective.
