was sent to replace a Perfect fit 5" model bayftahexm2 that included the frame not the accordian portion only. The told me the one they sent would probably fit if not I coul return it. It has been returned and you recieved on 3/13/2014. I HAVE SEEN NO CREDIT YET. i WAS ALSO TOLD RETURN SHIPING WOULD BE REIMBURSED. lET ME KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS.

Furnace filters may not be the most exciting buy in the world but any time I can save 50% I can live with that. So far I'm very happy with my purchase and will be back for more.

Not the right size

The filters themselves were great, but they are not 24.5 x 24.5. The industry has moved to 24.7x24.7, and these filters are no different. Due to the increased size, the filters wouldn't fit my system (which is very particular for some reason). The team at AirFilterBuy was great in dealing with the issue, but I was still disappointed that I couldn't use the filters. Really wish I could give a higher rating, and I'm sure anyone who doesn't have a finnicky sized system will be more than happy with these.
