Apparently 20x20x5 isnt 20x20x5. I ordered two of these and they dont fit. One got torn when i attempted to get it into the HVAC unit. The other one is still sitting in its packaging. Very disappointed. Complete waste of money!!

The process from searching to ordering was smooth with no issues. Though I ordered the 16x25x5 filter, the actual measured size was a bit smaller which I found with some searching.
