Filters always worked very well, but this time upon opening the undamaged box, I could see that most of the filters had been partially crushed during packaging.

We had issues with our electronic filter systems and rather than replacing those, we started using Filterbuy filters. Theyve been great and fit perfectly in the Carrier units we have.

Great filters at an affordable price. Significantly cheaper than the OEM filters. Would have rated a 5 if not for the fact that I have to trim about 5/16 off one side to get the filter to fit.
