Perfect Filter at a great price

We were unable to locate a filter in the size needed at our local stores. It was suggested by a sales member at our local hardware store to go to this site and order online. They had the exact filter we needed. We were able to purchase two of them for a great price. The filter fit perfectly and now we'll have one for next year.

Little confused! MERV 11 and size of filter is as ordered. However, no where on the filter do I see the name Generalaire. Is this Filterbuy a generic version of what I thought I was buying?

Different dimensions!

Switched filters ( for 2 Trane HVAC) from 20-20-4 to 20-20-5 (there was space in the filter space for thicker filter). But I had big trouble to install those new filters ; not in thickness (fit well) but in height and width! Had to shovel the filter hard into each HVAC, slightly deforming them. Why different dimensions, when same brand??
