I purchased the same model previosly, and frankly, at initial inspectual of the new product I see an obvious difference in the quality. It is less than before. Seems flimsy and inner panels are bent on a couple of the filters.

Although I ordered the same filter as my existing filter, a 20x20x5 Merv 11, the filter I received, although labeled the same, had "actual" dimensions larger than the existing filter and would not fit without removing some sheet metal in the furnace filter compartment. A two-minute filter change turned into a 30-minute project.

I just replaced my electrostatic elements (that I had to haul out of the attic every 3 months and hose off, then haul back up) with these 'regular' filters...Hopefully, they'll last 6 months or more, and be a LOT easier to change than cleaning the old electrostatic units.
