20x20x5 Filter

I went on line and ordered 2 filters. I had a 20x20x5 filter in the furnace and came right out. The 2 new filters are too big and do not fit.

we so appreciate this company. A few years ago when we bought Filters for our new summer home, I purchased the wrong filters for our system by mistake. filter by very graciously gave me a refund for my mistake. Not many companies would do that today. The products that we get from filter by are always top notch and we will continue to purchase from filter by and recommend this company to all our friends and family.

Filter is too long to

Filter is too long to fit properly in filter housing. The length is about 3/4" longer than other 20x25x5 filters I have used.

Received the filters in excellent

Received the filters in excellent condition in a large box. Immediately replaced the old one and found the air flow to be greater. At this point I am well pleased with Filterbuy and will recommend it to my friends.
