Perfect Filter at a great price
on November 30, 2023

We were unable to locate a filter in the size needed at our local stores. It was suggested by a sales member at our local hardware store to go to this site and order online. They had the exact filter we needed. We were able to purchase two of them for a great price. The filter fit perfectly and now we'll have one for next year.

An error occured in size, Likely my fault. Filterbuy was very good. However, have not received proper filters yet. I am sure you folks will keep your word as you have been great to deal with thus far.

Little confused! MERV 11 and size of filter is as ordered. However, no where on the filter do I see the name Generalaire. Is this Filterbuy a generic version of what I thought I was buying?
