I repeatedly got MERV 8 instead of Merv 11 on 2. Very disappointed!!! Called about this. No results thus far.

I believe the AC tech had the wrong information. I pulled the filter itself and it is a X6673 20" x 25" x 5

Be careful of sharp points on the filter as they will cut your fingers pretty badly.

Filters are not all the same

Over several years I noted that filters with the same nominal size are not all exactly the same. With a bit of trial and error, I found this one to be the best fit for our system. Yours may be slightly different.
