despite my knowing nothing beyond 1 inch thick furnace filters from hardware stores, this company went to great lengths in order to get me the correct filter after I failed to measure and realize that 1/8 inch differences with these 5" thick filters are significant. best prices too!

If they are Honeywell 16x20x5 MERV 11 Replacement Filters they will fit and be replaced in five months by our AC service men.
