Screenshot ALL Chats during tthe process. They may use double talk to confuse you and trick you into buying things you want to cancel or change, especially with elderly people. .

I always order 20X25X5 but often get the wrong filters, and this business was great to work with to get the correct filters and corrected the charge to the lesser price. I would use them again.

It wasn't a filter made by honeywell - cheap cardboard and one of the two was partially crushed. Will never use this service again
