I purchased these after showing them the actual size of the original filter. The ones that they sent (although generically for a LENNOX) did not fit. Im still waiting for a response and resolution 2 weeks later and have 2 useless expensive filters.

Never knew there are different sizes with in the given size. This is the only company that I found that actually explains this abnormality. I found my real size and the filters fit perfectly without crushing . Plus these are well manufactured (USA), nicely put together with craftsmanship thats visible and the price really makes them an exceptional value. Yes, I am a happy repeat customer.
